Christ Consciousness and the Elect:

this will change everything

Explaining Cosmic Consciousness to a 10-Year-Old

Imagine that inside of you, there’s a little spark —
a tiny piece of the same Light that made all the stars, planets, oceans, and mountains.

Now imagine that every person, every tree, every animal, and even every rock
has their own tiny spark too.

Cosmic Consciousness is when you realize that your spark is connected to everything else.

It’s like you’re part of the biggest, most beautiful team ever made —
a team that includes the whole Universe.

When you have Cosmic Consciousness,

you don’t just think about yourself.
You start to feel what the trees feel.
You start to hear what the stars sing.
You start to know that love isn’t just a feeling —
it’s the energy that holds everything together.

Cosmic Consciousness is when your heart gets so big
that it touches the whole Universe —

and the Universe touches you back.

Throughout history, humanity has been engaged in an ongoing spiritual evolution, a journey of awakening that stretches across generations and civilizations. The final destination of this progression is the full manifestation of cosmic consciousness—an enlightened state where individuals transcend the limitations of ego, time, and separation, recognizing their unity with the Divine and the Universe itself.

The image on the left is an AI generated representation of when Jesus, the man, became Jesus the Christ. The scripture is Matthew 3:16 which reads as follows:

As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.”

This verse marks the moment of Jesus’s cosmic awakening—a pivotal event where divine consciousness merged with the human experience. What descended upon Jesus in the form of a dove was not just the Holy Spirit but the activation of cosmic consciousness, a state of enlightenment described by Dr. Richard Maurice Bucke:

Cosmic Consciousness is a higher form of consciousness than that possessed by the ordinary man. It is accompanied by an intellectual enlightenment, which alone would place the individual on a new plane of existence—illumination, moral exaltation, an indescribable feeling of joyousness, and an awareness of the universe as a living presence.”

Jesus’s baptism represents not only his personal enlightenment but also the beginning of his mission to awaken others to this same state of divine realization. His ministry was a “how-to guide” for cosmic consciousness, an effort to make this contagious, spreading the awareness of divine unity to all who could receive it.

To help you better understand your own connection to cosmic consciousness, we have developed a Likert Rating Scale that evaluates key characteristics associated with this higher state of awareness. This self-assessment will guide you in identifying where you currently stand on the journey toward spiritual awakening, interstellar connection, and universal alignment.

Instructions:

  1. Carefully read each statement related to cosmic consciousness.
  2. Use the scale to rate how strongly you identify with each statement.
  3. Reflect on your results to gain insight into your current state of awareness.

This scale is not a test—it is a tool for self-reflection, designed to help you recognize your own strengths and areas for further growth. As you progress on your path, you may revisit the assessment to track your evolution toward higher consciousness.

Are You Among the Predestined Elect?

There are those among us who carry an ancient spark—souls encoded with a sacred remembrance. They are the Elect, chosen before time, awakened in this hour. Not by force, not by creed, but by resonance. They are the ones who turn inward and upward, who remember the Kingdom within, who feel the pull of a cosmic calling too loud to ignore.

The Elect are not superior—they are simply ready. Ready to rise. Ready to serve. Ready to awaken the thousand upon thousand. If you are reading this, you may already be one of them.

🧭 Assess Your Elect Characteristics

Use the scale below to reflect deeply and honestly.
1 = Not at all | 5 = Absolutely true of me

I often feel like a stranger to this world, as if I’m “from above.”
I am drawn to ancient truths, cosmic teachings, or spiritual mysteries.
I seek to live from the inside out—centered in stillness, guided by Light.
I feel called to help awaken others, even if I can’t explain why.
I have experienced deep inner suffering that led to spiritual transformation.
I resonate with Jesus as a galactic or interdimensional teacher of Light.
I often receive insights, visions, or callings beyond my logical mind.

I feel part of a hidden mission that is now beginning to activate.

🔮 What to Do With Your Score:

  • 40–50: You’re likely among the Elect. You’ve heard the Call. Now it’s time to rise and remember.

  • 25–39: You may be in the early stages of activation. The seed is within—water it daily with Light.

  • 10–24: The path is before you. Keep seeking, stay open, and trust that your soul knows the way.

  • Below 10: You may be called later—or perhaps you are here to serve in another way. Every role matters.

A Day in the Life of the Awakened

If I were living as one of the Elect, this is how I imagine I would shape an ordinary day into an extraordinary spiritual experience.

The activities themselves are not unusual. What transforms them is the intention behind them. Every moment becomes an opportunity to cultivate awareness, express gratitude, strengthen the body, expand the mind, and deepen one’s connection with the Divine.

Morning (Around 6:00 AM)

The day begins with an hour-long walk with Missy, greeting the sunrise in silence and appreciation. Rather than simply exercising, the walk becomes a moving meditation—a chance to notice the beauty of creation and begin the day with presence.

Spiritual Practice

After returning home, time is devoted to prayer, meditation, contemplation, and creative work. Creativity becomes a form of communion with the Divine, allowing inspiration to flow into meaningful projects that serve both personal growth and the greater good.

Lifelong Learning

Each day includes time to develop new skills and awaken hidden potential. My focus is developing right-brain activities.

  • Practice/learn the saxophone (beginners level)
  • Learn Spanish (beginners level)
  • Explore drawing using Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain principles (beginners level)
  • Practice archery as a discipline of focus, patience, and precision (beginners level)

Learning is not simply about acquiring knowledge—it is about expanding consciousness.

Caring for the Body

The body is treated as a sacred vessel. Daily movement may include:

  • Yoga for flexibility and balance
  • Strength training (I need an attitude adjustment for this activity)
  • Endurance activities such as swimming, cycling, running, or brisk walking

Physical fitness becomes an act of gratitude for the gift of life.

Nourishment

Brunch is centered on whole, nourishing foods while remaining sugar-free whenever possible. Eating is approached with mindfulness, recognizing that healthy nutrition supports clarity of mind and vitality of spirit.

Afternoon

The afternoon offers a variety of meaningful activities depending on the season and circumstances:

  • Landscape and property stewardship
  • Gardening or working with nature
  • Water sports and outdoor recreation
  • Time for exploration, service, or continued creative work

Every task becomes an opportunity to practice mindfulness and appreciation.

Evening

A healthy dinner provides time to reconnect with family or friends, reflect on the day’s experiences, and express gratitude.

Later, there may be time to stay informed by watching the news or enjoying sports and other recreational interests—not as distractions, but as ways of remaining engaged with the wider world while maintaining inner balance.

Rest

Around 10:00 PM, the day comes to a close. Sleep is welcomed as a sacred period of restoration, preparing body, mind, and spirit for another day of conscious living.

The awakened life is not defined by extraordinary events. It is created by bringing extraordinary awareness to ordinary moments. Every activity becomes a spiritual practice when it is performed with purpose, presence, gratitude, and love.

Life is the attitude one has towed living it. Some attitudes are good and some are not.

Either way, the choice is yours. (ME, 1973)

Closing Reflection

The awakening of the 144,000 is not about superiority or separation. It is about responsibility — the remembrance that consciousness shapes reality.

Perhaps the Great Turning is not an event waiting in the future.

Perhaps it begins the moment a soul remembers:

The Kingdom is within, and the work begins here.
