I suggest following the same guideline that are highlighted in the Library of Life Audio link. Here are the suggestions.

To support you on this transformative journey, I offer the following guidelines:

  1. Establish a Routine

    • Create a sacred space in your home dedicated to your spiritual practice.
    • Light a candle, burn incense, and play soft, soothing music to set the mood.
  2. Consistency is Key

    • Practice at the same time each day to cultivate a habit of mindfulness and presence.
  3. Keep a Journal

    • Record your insights, experiences, and reflections daily. Over time, this will reveal your progress and deepen your understanding.
  4. Set Intentions

    • Begin each meditation with a clear intention, aligning your focus with your spiritual goals.
  5. Surrender to the Experience

    • Allow the process to unfold naturally—don’t force it. Trust that what you need will come in its own time.
  6. Trust the Process

    • Be patient and kind to yourself. Growth is not a race; it’s a journey.
  7. Consider Community

    • It’s okay to practice with a friend or spiritual partner. Sharing the experience can deepen your connection and offer mutual encouragement.

Guided Meditation: Journey to Ancient Sumer​

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, allowing your body to rest fully. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.


Induction Phase

 

  1. Breath and Relaxation:
    “Take a deep breath in… and slowly let it out.
    Feel your body sinking deeper into the surface beneath you. With each breath, let go of tension, starting at the top of your head… down to your neck and shoulders… your chest and back… your arms and hands… your legs and feet. You are completely at ease.”

  2. Visualization of Light:
    “Imagine a soft golden light beginning to form at the crown of your head.
    This light is warm, comforting, and protective. With every breath, it flows gently through your body, filling you with peace and relaxation.
    Allow this golden light to form a shield around you—a bubble of safety and positivity, protecting you throughout this journey.”

  3. Descending the Steps:
    “Now, picture yourself standing at the top of a beautiful, ancient staircase.
    As I count down from 10 to 1, with each step you take, you will feel yourself moving further back in time, into memories of lives lived long ago.
    10… feeling lighter.
    9… stepping back in time.
    8… further and further back.
    7… your surroundings begin to change.
    6… the echoes of ancient voices fill the air.
    5… halfway there, feeling calm and safe.
    4… the energy of an ancient land calls to you.
    3… almost there.
    2… stepping into your past.
    1… you have arrived in the ancient land of Sumer.”


 

Exploration Phase

  1. Arriving in Sumer:
    “You are standing at the edge of a bustling Sumerian city-state.
    Look around you—notice the grand ziggurat towering above the city, the sounds of merchants in the market, the scents of fresh bread and spices in the air.
    Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the soft earth beneath your feet. You belong here, in this vibrant and cooperative community.”

  2. Your Role in the City:
    “Now, begin to explore your surroundings.
    Notice the role you play in this society.
    Are you a farmer, a craftsman, a priest or priestess, a healer, or perhaps a scribe recording the stories of your people?
    Feel the connection to those around you—how you work together in harmony, each contributing to the prosperity and well-being of the whole.”

  3. Living in Partnership:
    “Notice the relationships in your life here.
    Feel the trust, the cooperation, the shared purpose that binds your community together.
    Who are the people closest to you? What do you feel as you interact with them? Allow the memories to unfold naturally, trusting the images and sensations that come to you.”


 

Connection with an Anunnaki Deity

 

  1. Invitation to the Divine:
    “Now, imagine yourself standing before the grand ziggurat, the sacred temple dedicated to the Anunnaki.
    A warm light shines from its peak, and you feel a gentle pull to ascend the steps. As you climb, you are filled with a sense of awe and reverence, knowing you are approaching a divine presence.”

  2. Meeting the Anunnaki:
    “At the top of the ziggurat, a radiant figure awaits you. This is an Anunnaki deity, a being of wisdom and compassion, who has been waiting to connect with you.
    Feel their energy—a combination of strength and serenity—as they greet you.
    They may speak to you, offer you guidance, or simply share their presence with you. Open your heart and mind to this sacred interaction.”

  3. A Personal Gift:
    “The deity offers you a gift—a symbol of their connection with you.
    Notice what they give you and how it feels in your hands or within your heart.
    This gift holds wisdom and energy that will support you in your current life.
    Thank the deity for their presence and for the gift, knowing you can return to this place whenever you wish.”


 

Return Phase

  1. Descending Back to the Present:
    “It is time to return to the present, bringing with you all the wisdom and insights you have gained.
    As I count from 1 to 10, you will feel yourself returning fully to the here and now.
    1… beginning the journey back.
    2… feeling the present world calling you.
    3… bringing back the clarity and peace of your journey.
    4… becoming more aware of your surroundings.
    5… halfway back.
    6… feeling your body awakening.
    7… wiggling your fingers and toes.
    8… almost there.
    9… taking a deep breath.
    10… fully present, wide awake, and feeling refreshed.”

This meditation is grounded in the idea that your thoughts and intentions can influence your internal state, much like Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments suggested water responds to positive energy. While the concept of creating “quartz” within the body is metaphorical, the practice can help participants focus on self-healing and creating harmony in their lives.
