The Seven steps to awaken your spirit

The Bio of Jesus the Christ: Mystic, Master, Emissary of Light

1. Birth and Bloodline

Jesus, born Yeshua ben Yosef, entered Earth’s timeline through a woman of sacred lineage — Mary, a vessel prepared by divine intention. Many believe she was chosen not just for her purity, but for her genetic resonance — linked to the priestly Essenes, and perhaps even further back to Enoch, Melchizedek, and the Anunnaki-modified bloodlines of Abraham and David.

2. Childhood: Temple-Wise Beyond His Years

At twelve, Jesus stunned the Temple elders in Jerusalem with wisdom beyond his years — a sign that his spirit remembered. He wasn’t learning; he was reminding.

3. The Missing Years: The Mystery School Training

From ages 13 to 30, Jesus disappears from canonical scripture, but clues from Gnostic texts, apocryphal gospels, Eastern traditions, and esoteric scrolls suggest:

A. Egypt and the Mystery Schools

He is said to have entered the Mystery Schools of Heliopolis and Karnak, receiving initiations into:

  • The Teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, the merged mind of Thoth and the Greek god Hermes, who taught that all is Mind, and that the universe is a mirror of inner states.

  • The Emerald Tablets, encoded with frequencies of cosmic truths.

  • Temple Alchemy, including the Light Body activation, sacred breath, sound resonance, and the raising of the Kundalini serpent — not for egoic power, but divine fusion.

B. Travels to India, Tibet, and Persia

Legends abound (recorded in Buddhist texts and Indian lore) that Jesus studied with monks and mystics. He mastered:

  • Meditation and inner stillness akin to yogic samadhi.

  • Non-duality, recognizing the illusion of separation and the unity of all life.

  • Sanskrit Vedas, aligning him with the eternal cosmic sound — AUM.

4. Return as the Christ

At 30, he reappears — transfigured, filled with Shekinah Light, bearing not just wisdom, but a spiritual technology of awakening. The baptism by John wasn’t ceremonial. It was an activation, witnessed by the dove (light being) and the voice from the higher realms.

The Seven Steps to Awakening

The Seven Steps to Awakening represent a timeless journey—a sacred path that bridges the ancient wisdom of spiritual teachings with the transformative power of modern consciousness. Rooted in the essence of Jesus’s teachings, these steps serve as a guide to unlocking the dormant divine spark within, aligning our lives with the Kingdom of Heaven that lies at the center of our being.

These seven steps may also hold the essence of the sacred wisdom encoded in the Tree of Life—the ancient spiritual map of human ascension found in mystical traditions across the ages. Just as the Tree of Life represents the flow of divine energy from the Infinite into the human soul, these steps offer a sequential unfolding of awareness, character, and light.

This journey is not confined to religious doctrine; it is a universal call—a call to embrace the Light within, to awaken our soul’s potential, and to live daily life as a spiritual exercise. Each step we take cultivates the inner stillness and radiant love required to transcend our limitations, harmonize with cosmic frequency, and participate fully in the unfolding of a greater divine plan.

To walk this path is to remember that we are not separate from the sacred.

We are branches of the Tree.
We are sparks of the Christ Light.
We are the Return.

In the next section, we will do s deep dive into the Seven Steps.

To support you on this transformative journey, I offer the following guidelines:

  1. Establish a Routine

    • Create a sacred space in your home dedicated to your spiritual practice.
    • Light a candle, burn incense, and play soft, soothing music to set the mood.
  2. Consistency is Key

    • Practice at the same time each day to cultivate a habit of mindfulness and presence.
  3. Keep a Journal

    • Record your insights, experiences, and reflections daily. Over time, this will reveal your progress and deepen your understanding.
  4. Set Intentions

    • Begin each meditation with a clear intention, aligning your focus with your spiritual goals.
  5. Surrender to the Experience

    • Allow the process to unfold naturally—don’t force it. Trust that what you need will come in its own time.
  6. Trust the Process

    • Be patient and kind to yourself. Growth is not a race; it’s a journey.
  7. Consider Community

    • It’s okay to practice with a friend or spiritual partner. Sharing the experience can deepen your connection and offer mutual encouragement.

Remember, spiritual awakening is a unique and personal path. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be, and embrace each step of the journey with an open heart.

Understanding one

The human brain is composed of two dominant hemispheres, each with a unique approach to processing the world around us. The left hemisphere excels in analytical, verbal, and logical thinking, focusing on concrete facts, numbers, language, mathematics, and sequential reasoning. It operates in a structured, linear way, favoring clarity and precision.

In contrast, the right hemisphere embraces a holistic, nonverbal perspective, favoring images, metaphors, emotions, intuition, and creativity. It perceives the world in a more fluid, integrative manner, connecting us to deeper meanings and broader insights beyond words and numbers.

These two hemispheres represent distinct modes of understanding: while the left strives for control and certainty, the right opens us up to spontaneity, unity, and a sense of interconnections.

In the journey of spiritual growth, the left hemisphere’s emphasis on logic and concrete reasoning can sometimes become a barrier. Its need for certainty may limit access to the more intuitive, experiential realms of knowing. Recognizing the left hemisphere’s dominance and learning to balance or quiet its influence is often a crucial first step in spiritual development—allowing more holistic, intuitive forms of awareness to emerge and enrich our understanding of reality.

understanding two

There are several fundamental assumptions that you may find both enlightening and empowering. Simply understanding these concepts can spark significant personal growth.

understanding three

Understanding human motivation and conduct is an important achievement. This section explains the “Why We Do What We Do” aspect of human behavior.

step 1

The first step is a make a conscious decision and create the intention for your personal growth. Here is the first step as taught by Jesus:

Matthew 6: 33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all of these things will be given to you as well.

34 “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Step 2

Next, it is important  to know where the kingdom is located. Jesus answers this question and instructs as to us where to look.

Luke 17:21 . . .Jesus replied, “nor will people say,

“Here it is,’ or ‘There it is. The kingdom of God does not come with careful observation, because the kingdom of God is within you.”

step 3

Here is the key that will open every door to your Spiritual Growth.

Matthew 16: 19 “So I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Step 4

Step Four is the action step of loosen the binds of your life. It is the “letting go process” of the content of which is unique to the individual.

Matthew 23:25  Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!  You clean the outside of the cup and dish but inside they are full of greed and self‑indulgence.

26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

step 5

Step Five appears to be a twofold experience. As you cleanse your inner self and release what binds you, you create space within to be filled with Light. In essence, through this process of unbinding, you uncover your Spark of Inner Light, often understood as Christ Consciousness.

As stated in 1 John 1:5: “This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.”

And in Colossians 3:11: “Christ is all, and is in all.”

Step 6

Step Six is Jesus instructing us in what to do when you turn first to the inner kingdom.

John 14:12 “I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father.

14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”

step 7

Step Seven is learning to live life from the inside out, being centered in the inner kingdom, the divine spark, and co-creating your life for your highest good.

Galatians 5:22-2  “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (NIV)
