The guided meditations created to accompany these seven steps are designed to help you tap into the vast cosmic energy of the inner kingdom. These meditations emphasize the power of being centered in the present moment and living one day at a time. By returning to your inner light, you can experience profound spiritual growth while remaining grounded in the practical realities of daily life.

These meditations invite you to embrace the flow of universal energy, tapping into a higher state of awareness without losing touch with the physical world. They guide you to awaken the dormant power within, connecting you to the cosmic energy that transcends ordinary human experience.

As you listen, you will be led to recognize that spiritual fulfillment is not something far away, but rather something you can access in every moment. The practice of living in the moment, focused on your inner kingdom, will gradually transform how you approach life—turning ordinary tasks into sacred acts of co-creation.

This journey emphasizes an enlightened yet practical approach to daily life. By integrating cosmic energy with present-day actions, the meditations help you create an elevated experience of life, one rooted in inner peace, clarity, and fulfillment. Each day becomes a new opportunity to live with purpose and presence, knowing that everything you need is already within you.

These meditations serve as a key tool for aligning with the divine within, offering a deeper understanding of how to live a balanced, spiritual life while meeting the challenges and joys of the everyday world.

Suggested Guidelines

You are on a continuum of spiritual awakening, ranging from being completely unaware to embodying the profound state of Cosmic Christ Consciousness. This continuum can be visualized as a bell curve, with most individuals residing at an average level of spiritual awareness.

The resources in this library are designed to guide seekers on their journey—from mastering basic relaxation techniques to cleansing their inner “cups” and ultimately learning to co-create their lives with intention and grace.

To support you on this transformative journey, I offer the following guidelines:

  1. Establish a Routine

    • Create a sacred space in your home dedicated to your spiritual practice.
    • Light a candle, burn incense, and play soft, soothing music to set the mood.
  2. Consistency is Key

    • Practice at the same time each day to cultivate a habit of mindfulness and presence.
  3. Keep a Journal

    • Record your insights, experiences, and reflections daily. Over time, this will reveal your progress and deepen your understanding.
  4. Set Intentions

    • Begin each meditation with a clear intention, aligning your focus with your spiritual goals.
  5. Surrender to the Experience

    • Allow the process to unfold naturally—don’t force it. Trust that what you need will come in its own time.
  6. Trust the Process

    • Be patient and kind to yourself. Growth is not a race; it’s a journey.
  7. Consider Community

    • It’s okay to practice with a friend or spiritual partner. Sharing the experience can deepen your connection and offer mutual encouragement.

Remember, spiritual awakening is a unique and personal path. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be, and embrace each step of the journey with an open heart.

F.A.Q.

No, the teachings are Universal and apply to everyone, regardless of how they learned to be in the world.

The teachings and techniques are different from psychotherapy because you give the control of the process to your Higher self and to Spirit.

Awaken does not mean to wake up as if asleep but rather a shift of your brain processing and awareness.

Because you are becoming aware of what is already within you the amount of time required depends on your openness to allow the process to occur.

In this material, I am describing processes which contain all that is you. The content is unique to you while the process is true for everyone.  An example of a life process is a caterpillar that spins itself into a cocoon and emerges as a butterfly. This is how a caterpillar actualizes itself.
